Luciana is an Argentinian born film director and photographer with inclinations towards art and fashion. Deeply driven by the hybrid format
featuring unique characters and bizarre-dreamlike sequences mixing documentary and fiction.
Her main area of interest has been always the visual language. She started with photography from an early age taking several courses on
analogue photography and Super 8 film. She graduated from the Universidad of Buenos Aires after studying Image and Sound Design and
a specialization in photography at Andy Goldstein School.
Her photographic projects have been published in local and international magazines such as Los Inrockuptibles (Arg), Lula (Japan), Der Greif
(Germany), Intern (UK), Ignant Magazine (Germany), among others and exhibited in collective exhibitions at the Centro Cultural Recoleta
(with Itaú Cultural) and at MACA Museum at the XIV Visual Art's Salon.
She has directed several short films that have been featured in international film festivals such as BAFICI and FIDBA in it's competitive section
and selected by Berlinale Talents BA as a director in 2018. In 2019, she attended Biographical Documentary Theater Course with Gudrun Herrbold
at UDK Berlin and nowadays she is studying a master's degree in documentary film at LUCA School of Arts in Belgium as a scholarship student.
She works on different personal and commissioned projects.
